Tina Fernandez is a technology lawyer with over 20 years of experience negotiating contracts, built in-house and specialising in vendor agreements, compliance frameworks, and global technology contracts.
Her lived experience: one master licence agreement, 26 order schedules, and 29 amendments, roughly 150 documents in total. No single person had read the whole chain, and nobody could say with confidence what was currently binding.
That gap, repeated across thousands of client relationships, in many sectors is why Consolidocs exists. Tina built this tool, to fix the problem she experienced everywhere. Founder and CEOTina Fernandez founded Consolidocs after twenty years as a technology lawyer and business builder, running her commercial law firm and leading large-scale digital transformation programmes. She has drafted the contracts and then managed their delivery, living the post-signature failure from both sides. Nobody else had built the tooling; so she did.
Susan Hewitt
Chief Technology OfficerSusan Hewitt spent twenty-five years building deep tech at AMD, Broadcom and ARM before leading the UK team behind an AI-powered virtual product placement platform for ITV and Channel 4, a Fast Company 'Next Big Things in Tech' winner that raised over thirty million dollars. She owns Consolidocs' patent-pending architecture.
Dr Mike Roberts is Consolidocs' Chief Science Officer and a Research Professor at Cambridge, working across applied mathematics and machine learning. He has led development of regulated AI software as a medical device, run the algorithm team behind the global COVID-19 AIX-COVNET project, and secured £4 million in research grants.

With +20 years of field experience, she's worked with brands such as Virgin, Future Publishing, Immediate Media, Sony PlayStation, Nintendo, and Various Games Developers.
Vish Upadhyaya
Content ManagerVishakha Upadhyaya brings seven years of marketing experience and has worked with many brands including Ford and Viber. For Consolidocs, she writes for in-house legal teams, commercial and procurement leaders. MSc in Marketing Communications, Distinction, University of Westminster.
Eleanor de Kanter trained at Deloitte Corporate Finance building the data rooms investors scrutinise, then founded her own fintech, winning Innovate UK grants and FCA Innovation Hub selection. She sits as non-executive director on a £125 million e-commerce platform growing revenues 45 per cent a year, and runs Consolidocs' numbers.
