Consolidocs is a platform that turns a contract estate, however large, old, or messy, into one current database, giving the business a real-time position so anyone can answer what a contract says today in seconds rather than in weeks.
-
Eight modules, all carrying the CD prefix.
CD Blueprint proves it works on your documents.
CD Truth is the database.
CD Ask, CD Compliance, CD Playbook, CD Performance, and CD Match are what the database lets you do.
CD Connect joins it to your own systems.
-
Financial services first: dealer banks, hedge funds and asset managers. Construction, insurance and reinsurance, sports and media rights, and pharma and life sciences follow. Beyond those, any sector with a large, amendment-heavy estate, terms with hard cash consequences if misread, and people who need a confident answer in the moment.
-
No. Consolidocs works after signature on the estate. A CLM tool hands off once a contract is executed, and it plugs into systems you already run rather than replacing them.
-
Per module, per unit, tracking what you use. There is no six-figure platform fee and no requirement to buy every module at once. CD Blueprint is a one-off first step that proves the approach on your own documents before anything larger is agreed.
-
CD Blueprint targets first genuine results in month one, on a small sample of your own documents. Consolidocs starts generating a return in its first month in use.
-
No. Extraction is deterministic and rules-based: the same document produces the same answer every time. There is no generative guesswork in the extraction layer.
-
Nothing has to be replaced. Consolidocs integrates into the architecture, workflows, and processes you already run, and CD Connect links the database to the systems your teams already use.
