WHAT IT IS
The standout module
CD playbook takes the same contract template across many counterparties or customers and compares it clause by clause, showing exactly where the wording varies. You rank those variances, the good, the bad, and the outliers, against your own judgment of what a favorable term looks like, or against a standard you already hold. That ranking becomes your playbook, and the whole estate is then mapped against it, so you can see at a glance which live contracts carry an unfavorable clause.
Unsigned drafts are screened against the same playbook before signature, so a term you have already rejected is never approved again by accident. Consolidocs identifies the differences; you judge them.
